The jacket is made of material consisting of two layers - from the inside warm fleece, from the outside soft waterproof neoprene. It is an elantic, gently ingly with a full waterproof zipper in the same color and three outer pockets also with waterproof zips of the same color. The cuffs on the sleeves end with velcro regulator stopping wind and moisture.The hem of the jacket has an adjustable elastication with two regulators. The jacket has high water and wind resistance.
